Groupe Evoludev

Groupe Evoludev is a real estate developer specialized in the development and rental management of residential buildings in Lanaudière, the Laurentians, Montérégie and Montreal-East.

Founded in 2018 and established in Repentigny, Groupe Evoludev manages the entire development cycle of its projects, from land prospecting to construction, including engineering, architecture and rental management. Since its creation, the developer has been growing its projects exponentially each year.

The developer manages more than 50 rental buildings distributed across several municipalities. Among its achievements are Le Royer in Saint-Sulpice with 62 units, L'Archipel in Coteau-du-Lac comprising 3 buildings with the first phase having 72 units and the second 54 units, and O-Rive in Montreal-East with 117 rental units spread over 6 floors, developed in partnership with the Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ.
