Capstone Developments

Capstone Developments is a company active in real estate development and planning in Montreal. The flagship project mentioned is Grâce Condominiums, a complex of 120 units divided into three phases, each phase comprising less than forty units (40 units per phase), located in the Notre-Dame-de-Grâce neighborhood. The first lot, Grâce sur Hampton, is in the construction phase and results from the assembly and rezoning of four industrial properties in NDG.
