Groupe Vistacorp is a real estate developer based in Montreal that specializes in the development of residential condominium projects, particularly in the Hochelaga-Maisonneuve neighborhood and in Greater Montreal. The company operates in the multi-family housing sector and develops condominiums intended for both owner-occupants and tenants.

Groupe Vistacorp has been active in the real estate field since 1986, first under the name Les Entreprises Scalpro Inc., then as Les Habitations Vistacorp starting in 1998, before adopting its current name. The company acts as both general contractor and real estate developer for its residential projects.

Since 1986, Groupe Vistacorp has completed numerous new house and condo projects in several areas of Greater Montreal, including Rosemont–La Petite-Patrie, Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, Saint-Henri, Ahuntsic, Ville-Marie, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Pierrefonds, Verdun and the South-West. Among its achievements, the Axe du Marché condo project reached a 100% sales rate, and the company holds a Platinum accreditation in the Qualité Habitation warranty plan.
