Lachance Immobilier is a real estate company based in Quebec that invests in and develops residential and commercial projects primarily in the Montreal area. The company is linked to GCA Immobilier, founded in 2005 and led by Claude Lachance, active in the development of several thousand housing units in Quebec since the 1980s. Among its achievements are projects in Griffintown and Île-des-Sœurs, as well as the conversion of existing buildings into residential rental projects.​
