Construction Betaplex

A Laval company founded in 1988 with a vision to "build customers' dreams," Construction Betaplex specializes in new houses and condos, primarily in the Ste-Dorothée, Chomedey, Sainte-Rose, Duvernay and Auteuil districts of Laval.

Inspired by economic and community development, the company won the ACQ merit award for Multifamily Project of the Year in 2005 for "Condominiums du Domaine du Golf Phase I". Construction Betaplex was also a 2006 Domus award finalist in the category of residential project and/or development of the year for "Paradis au Bord de l’Eau".
