Proment

Proment Corporation, founded in 1965, is a Montreal real estate developer specialized in residential development on Nuns' Island, notably with more than 6,000 units delivered, including condominiums, houses and six waterfront communities.​

The company has acted as the main builder of Nuns' Island for over forty years, having started with the mandate to create an integrated community on this territory. Its achievements include the first LEED Gold certified residential towers in Quebec and one of the few LEED ND certified neighborhoods in Canada. 

Proment has delivered 21 high-rise residential towers and developed the Pointe-Nord neighborhood, which will ultimately include more than 1,800 residential units. In 2025, Proment is undertaking the construction of Evolo Flex, a new high-rise rental building scheduled for delivery in 2027.

It has received the title of "Builder of the Year" seven times from the Provincial Association of Home Builders of Quebec (APCHQ), as well as several LEED Gold and Silver certifications for its residential towers.
