Aldo Construction
The company was founded by Aldo Romolus Coviello, who emigrated from Italy to Quebec in 1947, and was officially established in Montreal in 1956, with leadership later taken over by Aldo Coviello Jr in 1992. Aldo Construction specializes in the construction, development, and renovation of residential, rental, and commercial projects, including houses, condominiums, multiplex buildings, and commercial spaces. Its operations are mainly concentrated in the Montreal and Laval areas.
Since its inception, Aldo Construction has developed more than 1,560 apartments, condos, houses, and commercial spaces in the Greater Montreal region. Its portfolio includes a 48-townhouse residential development in Auteuil (Laval), major renovation of 192 apartments on Christophe-Colomb Boulevard in Montreal, renovation of 151 apartments on Salaberry Boulevard, a 126-unit condominium project in Laval, a project of more than 100 units on Lachapelle Street, and a 33-unit building on DuLongpré Street in Cartierville developed in partnership with SHQ.
