GBD Construction

GBD Construction has operated in the residential construction sector since 1989, mainly in the Greater Montreal area, including the North Shore. Founded by Benoît Dumoulin, a native of Saint-Joseph-du-Lac, the company today employs around 50 people and works with about 100 subcontractors.

Benoît Dumoulin has held various positions within the company and continues to ensure site supervision, while GBD Construction has distinguished itself by achieving the AA quality rating from the Garantie de construction Résidentielle (GCR), the highest distinction in the industry.​

GBD Construction specializes in developing new residential projects such as single-family homes, condos, semi-detached homes, and townhouses. Since its inception, the company has delivered over 10,000 properties across about fifteen major completed projects in the region.

Key service areas include Saint-Eustache, Deux-Montagnes, Mirabel, Saint-Joseph-du-Lac, and Sainte-Marthe-sur-le-Lac. GBD Construction also offers nearly 90 different models and maintains a loyal customer base, with several clients returning for their second or third project with the company.​
