Groupe Dayan is a real estate management and development company, founded in 1986 in Montreal and chaired by Georges Dayan. Its core activity is the development and restoration of real estate assets in neighborhoods such as Plateau-Mont-Royal, Quartier des spectacles, Griffintown, and the Chabanel sector.
The Group manages over 6 million square feet of real estate assets and projects valued at more than $250 million, ranking among Quebec’s largest real estate firms. Its expertise includes office spaces, office-lofts, light industrial, and residential categories.
