Broccolini is a Canadian real estate developer founded in 1949 in Montreal by Donato Broccolini, specializing in construction, real estate development, and property management, with offices in Montreal, Toronto, and Ottawa. The company is led by the third generation of the Broccolini family, with Anthony Broccolini as CEO and Michael Broccolini as Chief Investment Officer, continuing the growth begun by the founder and later his sons John, Joseph, and Paul.​

Broccolini first became known for building single-family homes before diversifying into major industrial, commercial, residential, and institutional projects throughout Quebec and Ontario. The company now offers integrated services including design, construction, development, property management, and sustainable building practices, with more than 450 employees.​
