Développements Montarville inc. is a real estate developer based on the South Shore of Montreal, with more than 3,000 condominium units delivered over the past 20 years, as well as the management of major projects in several municipalities. The company specializes in the development and construction of residential multi-unit projects and serves areas such as Mont-Saint-Hilaire, Carignan/Saint-Bruno, Candiac, Boucherville, La Prairie, and Longueuil.​

Founded by a team of partners with recognized expertise in project development, construction engineering, site management, sales, and financing, Développements Montarville inc. has demonstrated proven know-how for 20 years. Its notable achievements include Les Cours Géorgiennes in Boucherville, DMI LaPrairie (Symbiocité project in La Prairie), and Le Cent12 in Longueuil.​

The company has delivered over 3,000 units and primarily serves Montreal’s South Shore. It was a finalist for the Cecobois Excellence Award (light-frame category) in 2021 and won the Prix Construire for affordable housing.
