The company was founded by Quebec entrepreneur Sami Hajjar, who built a specialized team focused on developing and managing residential and commercial buildings. Its completed projects include CARA and Vela in Vaudreuil-Dorion, Jade and Complexe Iberia in Candiac, and the Complexe Industriel in Saint-Jérôme. The portfolio covers more than 2 million square feet and serves various sectors across Quebec.​
