Groupe Biophilia is a Quebec real estate company founded in 2025, headquartered in Saint-Hyacinthe, active in development, construction, finance, rental management and marketing. It is led by three principal partners: Dominic Rodier, president, former founding president of Gestion Rodier with 18 years of experience; Elian Sanchez, former president and co-founder of Agence SIX with 15 years of experience; and Vincent Lainesse, broker and developer with 15 years of experience, serving on the board of directors of the Fédération des chambres de commerce du Québec. The company operates two brands: Aera, in rental real estate, and Impact, carried out with the Consortium Impact in affordable housing. Dominic Rodier has led over $300 million in projects and more than 1,000 units developed; Elian Sanchez, over $2 billion in projects and the marketing of more than 5,000 units in Greater Montreal; Vincent Lainesse, over $200 million in projects. The company had more than 50 employees, over 500 units under management and more than 500 new homes delivered per year. Aera projects have been completed in Saint-Lambert (70 rental residences), Chambly, Trois-Rivières, Mont-Saint-Hilaire, Saint-Bruno, Sacré-Coeur and Saint-Constant, where one project received two design awards; five projects in Montérégie received a total of eight awards. Under the Impact brand, a project of 178 affordable housing units was completed in Saint-Hyacinthe with the City of Saint-Hyacinthe and the organization Interloge.
