Algo 6 Inc. ("Algo 6") provides this website (the "site"), provided that you comply with the terms of use described below.
By using the site, you accept the terms of use described below, which are subject to change without notice. Furthermore, you agree to review these terms of use periodically and acknowledge that continued access to the site constitutes acceptance of any modifications made.
You expressly agree not to use the site for illegal, prohibited purposes or purposes contrary to this agreement, or that would violate municipal, provincial, national, international and foreign legislation governing your use of the site.
If you refuse to be bound by these terms, please refrain from using the site's features.
2. Copyright and usage restrictions
Any image provided or uploaded for display on the site must be provided by the person who holds the rights to use it, without any third-party copyright restrictions. Algo 6 reserves the right to refuse any image that appears to present a risk of being linked to third-party copyrights. By providing an image to the site, the user grants Algo 6 the right to use and display it.
The documents displayed on the site, as well as its photographs, images, layout, architecture and design are subject to copyright and are internationally protected by treaty provisions and copyright laws. No document from the site may be copied, distributed, republished, downloaded, posted or transmitted in any way without the prior written consent of Algo 6.

You acknowledge and agree that the operation of the site and the content or services accessible or available on it are provided to you on an "as is" basis and are not accompanied by any representation, warranty or condition whatsoever, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws.
No warranty is provided as to the proper functioning of message transmission services through the site. Algo 6 is not responsible for emails or messages that do not reach their destination.
4. No guarantee of displayed information
The information provided on the site is perceived as reliable when displayed. However, Algo 6 does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information provided. Information appearing on the site may contain errors.
5. Contractual relationship with third parties
Any business relationship with a third party, including a construction company, promoter, developer or other company operating in the real estate sector, whose contact information you find on the site or obtained through the site, does not concern Algo 6 Inc. in any way. Algo 6 Inc. is not responsible for contractual commitments or damages caused by such transactions.
6. Limitation of liability
By visiting this site, you agree that Algo 6 shall in no case be liable for damages that may be the subject of a claim arising from the use of the site or related in any way to such use, whether direct, indirect or punitive damages.
7. Other sites
The site contains links to other sites that are not operated or controlled by Algo 6. Algo 6 assumes no responsibility with respect to these other sites and the use of these other sites is at your own risk.
8. Compliance with regulations and usage policies
All use of the site must be consistent with its intended purpose: to display real estate listings and to allow interested persons to communicate with advertisers or visit their websites.
The following is prohibited:
- using this site for any professional solicitation;
- providing inaccurate, incomplete or false information;
- providing poor quality information;
- providing information for any fraudulent or suspicious use;
- sending inappropriate messages through the site's messaging system;
- systematically acquiring information for any use competitive to the site;
- acquiring and accumulating email addresses for commercial solicitation purposes.
Automated extraction and use. The following are prohibited, except with prior written authorization or to the extent expressly permitted by our robots.txt file: the systematic or large-scale extraction, collection, copying or reuse of the site's content (text, images, data, contact information), including by scraping, harvesting, automated crawling, text and data mining, or for the purpose of building a database or training models. We reserve the right to rate-limit, block or deny access to any offending automated agent, without notice. Legitimate indexing robots that respect our robots.txt remain welcome.
9. Privacy, cookies and audience measurement
Algo 6 places great importance on your privacy and has designed this site to collect as little information as possible.
Cookies.
- When you are not logged in, the site places no advertising cookies, no audience-measurement cookies and no third-party cookies. Where necessary, it may place a security anti-bot cookie (a JavaScript test verifying that you are not an automated agent) and a technical session cookie required for the site to function.
- Once you are logged into your account, several strictly necessary first-party cookies maintain your session, your authentication and the proper functioning of secure pages. None are used for advertising tracking.
Audience measurement — Microsoft Clarity, cookieless. To understand how the site is used and to improve it, we use Microsoft Clarity in cookieless mode. Provided by a third party (Microsoft), it collects anonymized, aggregated usage data (pages viewed, clicks, scrolls, session recordings). No cookie is placed on your device, no data is used for advertising, there is no cross-site profiling, and your information is never sold.
No targeted advertising. We use no behavioural advertising tools (no Google Analytics for advertising, no ad networks).
Information you provide. When you create an account, subscribe to our newsletters or contact an advertiser, you provide certain information (for example your email address). It is used only for the purposes for which you provided it, remains confidential and is never sold.
Retention. We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by law, after which it is destroyed or anonymized. Information related to our newsletters is kept until you unsubscribe.
Processing outside Quebec. Some of our service providers (for example Microsoft, for audience measurement) may process data outside Quebec, notably in the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure this information receives adequate protection.
Technical logs. For security and proper operation, our servers keep standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed). These logs are not linked to tracking cookies and are not used to identify you for commercial purposes.
Your rights. In accordance with the laws applicable in Quebec, you may at any time request access to your personal information, its correction, the withdrawal of your consent, its deletion or its portability, within the limits provided by law. Write to us via our "contact us" page. You may also file a complaint with Quebec's Commission d'accès à l'information.
10. Entire agreement
These terms of use constitute the entire agreement between you and Algo 6 regarding your access to and use of this site.
11. Applicable laws and competent authority
This agreement is governed by the laws of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable in that province. The courts of Quebec have sole jurisdiction to hear any cause relating to this agreement.
