Groupe LIVE is a real estate developer founded in 2018 by Sylvain Blanchard and Alexandre Blanchard, active in the development, construction and management of multi-residential projects in the Laurentians region and on the North Shore of Montreal. The company holds RBQ license 5630-2037-01. It has completed or is developing six projects: Le Millaire in Saint-Jérôme (98 residential units, 2022-2024), Le 22 in Saint-Sauveur (24 rental units for people aged 55 and over, expected delivery in 2026), Le Howard in Sainte-Adèle (72 units spread across two buildings, starting in 2025), Grande-Ourse in Saint-Calixte (approximately 250 residential lots on 24 million square feet, 2022-2024), Relief Nord in Sainte-Adèle (starting in 2027) and Le Villéa in Blainville (249 rental units).
