Iridium Group is a Quebec residential real estate development company, whose administrative headquarters is located at 99 Prince Street, in Montreal. Its involvement covers investment, development, construction and project management. The company was founded by Alexandre Choko and Philippe Morin, who together have 25 years of experience in real estate. Philippe Morin is also co-president of Kevlar Group. Alexandre Choko was previously a professional boxer, trainer and boxing promoter. The company specializes in large-scale residential projects including condominiums, townhouses and rental housing.
