Groupe Marcil is a real estate development and management company from Saint-Hyacinthe, founded in 2012. The company was launched from Yvon Marcil's rental properties and is chaired by Anthony Marcil. It develops and manages residential rental and commercial buildings, and owns 305,361 sq ft of commercial land.groupemarcil Its achievements include Les Cours de Lara, a building housing a Benny&Co restaurant and the Complexe Daubigny (63 student units). Also included is Les Cours de Romain (48 units, 2026). Le Nidéa (32 units in phase 1) is currently underway in Saint-Hyacinthe, as is Quartier Galia, a four-phase project in Saint-Philippe.
