Madeco

Madeco is a real estate developer and residential and commercial construction contractor based in Laval, active mainly on the North Shore of Montreal, which carries out condo projects, single-family homes, multi-family homes and rental units, as well as certain commercial spaces in Laval, Joliette and surrounding areas.

The company has been in existence since 1996 and focuses its activities on the development and construction of residential condominium buildings, rental housing and multi-family buildings, as well as associated commercial projects. It operates notably under the names Madeco, Madeco Construction and Madeco Royal Inc., in the residential and commercial real estate construction and development sector.

Madeco has completed several new home and condominium projects in Laval and Joliette, including urban condominium complexes distributed in multi-story buildings, rental condo projects and residential projects identified under names such as Royal St-Martin, Royal Chomedey, Opera Rental Condos and Le Neuf. Its activities cover the design, construction, marketing and after-sales service of these residential and commercial projects.
